We work to understand your business needs and challenges and partner with you to provide you with the right cost-effective solutions. Our board-certified consultants will work with you to understand your company’s ergonomic challenges/needs and prepare a brief summary of a strategic path forward.
We will review injury rates and trends, analyze injury data for leading indicators to workplace musculoskeletal disorders, assess the company ergonomics management program based on regulatory requirements, and outline a strategic plan for performance improvement and compliance.
An economically fit business depends on healthy and productive employees. A well managed ergonomic management system and culture can increase productivity and quality while reducing exposure to costly and painful musculoskeletal disorders.
Fewer injuries, Workers' Compensation claims, and lost work days can quickly translate to lower overhead expenses and improved return on investment and business operations.
We combine the expertise and experience of human factors, safety management and physical therapy to provide an integrated approach to cost-effective ergonomics education, design, injury prevention, management system development, technical problem solving and compliance.
